笑えカメラ(英語名: Smile Cam、以下「本アプリ」)は、笑顔を判定して、笑っているときだけシャッターが押せるカメラアプリです(Android版・iOS版)。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその管理方法を説明します。

1. 収集・送信しない情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、正確な位置情報を収集しません。アカウント登録はなく、開発者が運営するサーバーへ写真・動画・顔の情報を送信する仕組みもありません。
2. カメラ・マイクと笑顔判定
撮影のためにカメラを、動画の録音のためにマイクを使用します。笑顔の判定はGoogle ML Kitの顔検出を使い、端末内だけで行います。カメラ映像や顔の特徴を保存したり、開発者・第三者へ送信したりしません。顔を個人の識別に使うことはありません。
3. 写真・動画の保存と共有
撮影した写真・動画は端末の写真ライブラリ(ギャラリー)にのみ保存されます。共有ボタンを押したときだけ、ユーザーが選んだアプリ(Instagram、X、LINEなど)に端末の共有機能で渡されます。共有先での取り扱いは各サービスのポリシーに従います。
4. 端末内に保存する設定
ハードル(判定の厳しさ)、ロゴ表示、オート撮影などの設定、PROの購入状態、広告視聴によるPRO体験の期限を、端末内にのみ保存します。
5. 広告(Google AdMob)
無料版では、撮影結果を閉じたときにときどき全画面広告(インタースティシャル)を、ユーザーが選んだときだけ動画リワード広告(PROの24時間体験)を表示します。PROでは広告を表示しません。
Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止のため、IPアドレス、端末識別子(Androidの広告ID、iOSではApp Tracking Transparencyで許可した場合のみIDFA)、広告の表示・タップ等の操作情報、診断情報を収集し、Googleに送信する場合があります。詳細はGoogleの広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
必要な地域では、GoogleのUser Messaging Platformで広告に関する選択肢を表示します。Androidの広告IDは端末の広告設定から、iOSのトラッキング許可は「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変更できます。
6. PRO(アプリ内購入)
PROは買い切りのアプリ内購入で、Android版はGoogle Play、iOS版はApp Storeの課金機能を通じて提供します。支払い情報はGoogleまたはAppleが管理し、本アプリは保存しません。購入状態の確認には、各ストアから提供される購入情報を使用します。
7. 子どもの利用
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。
8. データの削除
本アプリの設定は端末内にのみ保存されており、アプリを削除すると消去されます。撮影した写真・動画は、端末の写真アプリからいつでも削除できます。

Smile Cam Privacy Policy (English)
Smile Cam (笑えカメラ, "the app") is a camera that only lets you shoot when you smile, on Android and iOS. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
1. What we don't collect
The app does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location. There is no account, and the app has no developer-run server that receives your photos, videos or face data.
2. Camera, microphone and smile detection
The camera is used to take photos and videos, and the microphone to record video sound. Smiles are detected with Google ML Kit face detection entirely on your device. Camera frames and facial features are never stored or sent to the developer or anyone else, and faces are never used to identify people.
3. Saving and sharing
Photos and videos are saved only to your device's photo library. They are passed to another app (Instagram, X, LINE, etc.) only when you tap share, through the system share feature; that app's own policy then applies.
4. Settings on your device
Settings (the smile bar, logo, auto-shoot), your PRO purchase status and any ad-unlocked PRO trial are stored only on your device.
5. Ads (Google AdMob)
The free version occasionally shows a full-screen interstitial ad when you close a result, and a rewarded video ad only when you choose to (for a 24-hour PRO trial). PRO shows no ads.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and send to Google your IP address, device identifiers (the Android advertising ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking), ad interactions and diagnostics, for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. See Google's advertising policies.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your ad choices. You can reset or opt out of the Android advertising ID in your device's ad settings, and change iOS tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
6. PRO (in-app purchase)
PRO is a one-time in-app purchase through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Payment details are handled by Google or Apple and are never stored by the app; it only uses the purchase information the store provides to check your status.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
8. Deleting data
App settings live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. You can delete photos and videos at any time from your photo app.
